Our large client in the renewable energy sector is looking for a Workforce Planning Manager to lead a dynamic team and support over 200+ customer service professionals across B.C.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of analysts to deliver top-tier labour forecasts and scheduling strategies
- Monitor and analyze call volume trends to optimize workforce support across contact centres
- Create and improve short-term and long-term workforce plans
- Provide actionable insights using advanced reporting tools and forecasting models
- Drive improvements to internal planning processes and support peak service performance
Qualifications
- A degree in business, commerce, or data analytics—or 10+ years of related experience
- Strong analytical mindset with expert-level Excel skills
- Hands-on experience with workforce management systems
- Team leadership, collaboration, and decision-making strengths
- Detail-oriented and data-driven with a passion for process improvement
