Job Description
We have 4 great temporary opportunities with a busy downtown professional services firm for energetic Office Clerks. These assignments will last until the end of October and the hours are full-time.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include scanning, filling and collating various documents, miscellaneous administrative duties, and providing support to the Operations Department as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous office/administrative experience is ideal
- Attentive and can-do attitude
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills
- Great communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
