Job Description
We have on-going temporary assignments with Metro Vancouver! We’re looking for A/A’s with at least 2 years’ current office experience, including strong attention to detail and excellent MS Office proficiency, particularly in Word and Excel. Good communication and interpersonal skills are musts as well!
Duties will include scheduling meetings using Outlook calendar, formatting documents, and providing extensive meeting support. This includes booking meetings, preparing agenda items, etc. Experience with minute-taking would be a great asset.
