Job Description
A Sales Account Manager is needed by our customers in the industrial machinery industry to manage the venting product lines, supervise sales, and cultivate enduring client relationships. This position includes leadership duties, technical product knowledge, and outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Provide technical product assistance and accurate project quotations.
- Manage the sales cycle from bids to completion with exceptional follow-up.
- Conduct site visits and support customer needs across BC and the Yukon.
- Lead and support the Inside Sales Team, driving customer service excellence.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, forecasts, and projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of sales management experience (preferred).
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
- A proactive, resourceful, and adaptable approach in a fast-paced environment.
