Recruiter (Temporary – 4 Months)
Location: Hybrid Potential New Westminster
Salary: $31–$33/hour plus 4% vacation pay

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles
• Source, screen, and interview candidates
• Coordinate interviews and collaborate with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate pipelines and support a seamless hiring experience
• Ensure inclusive, equity-focused hiring practices aligned with their mission

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in recruiting or HR
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to equity, diversity, and cultural safety
