Job Description
Our Burnaby-based client is looking for a dynamic Receptionist/Administrative Assistant! This is a 1-year full-time contract.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and employees warmly, manage phone calls, and maintain a professional reception area.
- Handle mail, packages, and maintain inventory for office supplies.
- Support the team with booking meeting rooms.
- Provide general administrative support with various tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in office administration or reception.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not required.
