Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the friendly face and voice that welcomes visitors, answers phones, and provides excellent customer service.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and tender documents, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Support office coordination, including moves/relocations, booking meeting rooms, and assisting with monthly billing and contracts.
  • Maintain office equipment, follow up on repairs, and keep everything running smoothly.
  • Assist with administrative tasks like typing, document distribution, data entry, and creating office protocols when needed.

 

 

 

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year office experience
