This full-time role (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) is perfect for someone who enjoys a polished, professional environment and thrives in a fast-paced setting.
As the face of the firm, you’ll handle calls, greet clients and visitors, manage mail, coordinate couriers, issue invoices, and support daily office operations. You’ll be trusted to keep things running smoothly and leave a lasting positive impression.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
- Greet clients and visitors with a welcoming attitude
- Distribute incoming mail and coordinate courier services
- Prepare and send invoices
- Report facility/maintenance issues to building management
- Provide general administrative support to the team
Qualifications
- A natural multitasker who stays cool under pressure
- A people person with excellent communication skills
- Extremely organized with great attention to detail
- Tech-savvy with solid MS Office skills
