Job Description
Location: Yaletown, Vancouver (Head Office)
Compensation: $25 – $27 per hour-Full benefits -Permanent
Schedule: Approx. 20 hours per week
Start Date: Immediate
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with accounts payable, including invoice entry and vendor reconciliations
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems
- Support the accounting team with administrative tasks (scanning, data entry, documentation)
- Provide general office support as needed
Qualifications
- 1+ year of administrative or accounting-related experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
