Part-Time Junior Accounts Payable (AP) Clerk

Job Description

Location: Yaletown, Vancouver (Head Office)
Compensation: $25 – $27 per hour-Full benefits -Permanent
Schedule: Approx. 20 hours per week
Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with accounts payable, including invoice entry and vendor reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems
  • Support the accounting team with administrative tasks (scanning, data entry, documentation)
  • Provide general office support as needed

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of administrative or accounting-related experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
