Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily operations of the organization
  • Assist with the set-up of new office locations, including moving and purchasing office equipment
  • Maintain records and filing systems
  • Provide administrative assistance to the operations team
  • Prepare operational reports and presentations
  • Coordinate meetings and events
  • Respond to inquiries and messages
  • Assist with developing operational policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of office administration and/or project coordination experience
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
  • Bubbly, outgoing personality
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to complete tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to frequently lift up to 50lbs
