Office Clerk – Downtown

Job Description

Wonderful family-oriented office is seeking a full-time Office Clerk to assist with various tasking in their downtown location. No office experience yet? No problem! This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in an office setting and become a part of a diverse and tight-knit team. 

Vaccinations are not required. 

Key Responsibilities

  • General clerical duties such as photocopying, filing and scanning
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Create and edit various documents
  • Maintain outlook calendars
  • Act as reception relief when required
  • Event coordination support
  • Ad hoc duties

Qualifications

  • Great attention to detail
  • Computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint), familiarity with Mac products an asset
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral
  • Highly organized and the ability to multi-task
