As the Office Administrator, you will be responsible for a wide variety of duties including but not limited to purchasing support, data entry, record keeping, human resources and accounting support, and other miscellaneous tasks.

Key Responsibilities
- Place inventory orders as needed
- Coordinate with vendors regarding prices, discrepancies and other issues
- Monitor back orders and locate other sources of supply
- Assist with product replacements and returns
- Review invoices for accuracy and obtain payment approvals
- Assist the accounting and HR departments as needed
- General office administrative duties and other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- 2 years of office administration experience
- HVAC/R industry experience is an asset
- Experienced with computerized purchasing and ERP inventory systems is an asset
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel & Teams)
- Great organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to establish priorities to meet deadlines
