Key Responsibilities

  • Drafting standard correspondence and legal documents
  • Preparing, editing, and formatting memos, opinions, and submissions using Microsoft Office and Adobe
  • Assembling physical and digital binders and books of documents
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining bring-forward systems
  • Communicating with clients and lawyers via phone, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom
  • Managing and organizing electronic filing systems using NetDocs
  • Assisting with general office administration — reception, scanning, ordering supplies, and keeping things tidy

Qualifications

  • Enrollment in a legal assistant program or previous experience as a legal assistant (litigation experience is a plus)
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking abilities
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to handle multiple demands efficiently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
