Our law firm client is seeking an experienced Intermediate Legal Administrative Assistant to join their litigation team. This role offers the chance to work with a collaborative and supportive team while handling diverse legal administrative tasks in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and transcribe legal documents and correspondence.
  • Coordinate mediation, discoveries, trials, and client meetings.
  • Manage files, organize documents, and maintain an efficient bring-forward system.
  • Prepare and follow up on billing statements.
  • Support the team with other administrative duties as required.

Qualifications

 

  • At least 5 years of litigation experience as a Legal Administrative Assistant.
  • Completion of an accredited Legal Administrative Assistant program or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook; experience with Elite 3E is an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidentiality in handling client information.
