Senior Administrative Assistant

Job Description

Step into this challenging yet rewarding Senior Administrative Assistant role with our client, a boutique financial firm based in Vancouver’s bustling downtown core.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administration of client onboarding documents and correspondence
  • Processing, consolidation, and reporting of clients’ financial contributions
  • Organization of client profiles, metrics, and investment reports
  • Coordination with underwriters, advisors, and clients
  • Assist with business development and marketing initiatives (business cards, brochures and pamphlets)
  • Other ad hoc duties and tasks in support of general office operations


  • 2+ years of relevant financial administration experience
  • 1+ years of insurance administration experience preferred
  • Life and accident insurance license is an asset
  • Degree or diploma in Business Administration or similar field
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Great eye for detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
