We’re on the hunt for an enthusiastic Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative to join their team. Key Responsibilities
- Enter orders, follow up with production, attend meetings, and keep sales reps and customers updated on order statuses.
- Communicate professionally to understand customer needs, handle complaints, and provide solutions. Follow up to ensure complete resolution.
- Learn their technical product line and make recommendations to clients. Present and discuss products and services effectively.
- Manage multiple objectives and tasks, adjust to shifting priorities, and ensure timely follow-up and execution.
- Update and maintain spreadsheets for pricing and inventory management using advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Work closely with team members to strategize and meet deadlines, ensuring clear communication and shared objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience in a Business-to-Business Inside Sales or Customer Service role.
- Proven track record in managing customer relationships and resolving issues.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel capabilities.
