HR Manager – Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise the HR team
  • Handle employee relation matters
  • Oversee HR administration
  • Ensure accurate administration of benefits programs
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement a variety of HR programs
  • Design targeted development programs to address knowledge gaps
  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers on difficult employee issues including dispute mediation, disciplinary procedures, and terminations


  • Minimum 2-3 years in a Senior HR Advisor or Generalist role
  • Degree or diploma in Human Resources Management
  • Experience in the construction industry is beneficial
  • Leadership or supervisory experience is a big asset
  • Excellent proficiency with MS Office and experience using HRIS systems
  • Fantastic organization and planning skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities
