HR Administrator

Job Description

Are you looking to further develop your human resources and administrative skills in a fun, dynamic and energized environment? Then look no further! We have a great opportunity for a HR Administrator with a fantastic, team-oriented professional services firm located in Vancouver.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Direct of HR as well as the HR Team
  • Maintain employee information in company database
  • Assist with full employee life cycle including but not limited to scheduling of orientations, performance review meetings and exit interviews, processing and logging salary changes
  • Assist with HR related social events
  • Data entry and filing in HR systems
  • General assistance with daily operations of HR department
  • Ad hoc admin duties as required

Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma from accredited Human Resources or Administrative Assistant program, or equivalent relevant experience
  • 2+ years administrative assistant experience, working in the area of HR
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Teams)
  • Working knowledge of HRIS platform preferred
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information
  • Vaccinations required
