We’re seeking a Finance Coordinator to provide essential support to their dynamic team playing a key role in accounting. Key Responsibilities
- Handle full-cycle accounting, including reconciling management fees, intercompany accounts, and billing tenants.
- Audit expense reimbursements and invoices through Chrome River.
- Set up new vendors and manage vendor inquiries.
- Process cash receipts and payables for management companies.
- Post journal entries and conduct bank reconciliations.
- Provide backup for trust pay-outs.
- Assist the Finance Manager with month-end closings and monthly GST/PST remittances.
- Take on additional duties as needed to support the finance team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in finance/accounting (basic accounting knowledge is an asset).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Excel and knowledge of CMS is desirable.
- Ability to collaborate and work with diverse teams.
