Job Description

A Richmond-based company is seeking administrative support ASAP until December 23rd.

As a part of the Finance and Corporate Operations team, this role provides support for finance, group benefits, and corporate operations including member services, marketing, events and sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day financial transactions including verifying and recording financial data
  • Process accounts payable, act as backup for accounts receivables
  • Prepare bills and invoices
  • Verify discrepancies and resolve all billing issues
  • Facilitate collections due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative and accounting experience
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office applications
  • Detail-oriented with an eye for accuracy
  • Great communication skills
  • Willingness to help
