A Richmond-based company is seeking administrative support ASAP until December 23rd.
As a part of the Finance and Corporate Operations team, this role provides support for finance, group benefits, and corporate operations including member services, marketing, events and sponsorship.
- Perform day-to-day financial transactions including verifying and recording financial data
- Process accounts payable, act as backup for accounts receivables
- Prepare bills and invoices
- Verify discrepancies and resolve all billing issues
- Facilitate collections due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
- Previous administrative and accounting experience
- Strong proficiency with MS Office applications
- Detail-oriented with an eye for accuracy
- Great communication skills
- Willingness to help
