Join a vibrant and dynamic organization based in Richmond as their exceptional temporary Executive Assistant, where you’ll be supporting two Vice Presidents.  

As the Executive Assistant, you’ll ensure the VPs’ calendars are flawlessly managed and their schedules are seamlessly coordinated. With your proactive nature and professional demeanor, you’ll tackle any challenge that comes your way, adjusting swiftly to changing priorities like a true champion.

This is an in-office temporary position that kicks off immediately and wraps up on July 7th. If you’re passionate about maintaining order, possess a track record of supporting multiple high-level executives with finesse, and have a talent for juggling multiple tasks with ease, then seize the opportunity and apply today!

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize the executive’s calendars
  • Handle all aspects of meeting scheduling including coordinating with stakeholders
  • Prepare meeting materials including presentations and supporting documents
  • Collaborate with executives to develop meeting agendas, including prioritizing agenda items and distributing finalized agendas
  • Handle various ad-hoc requests and provide departmental support as needed

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting multiple executives at once
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook)
  • Flexibility and adaptability

What's In It For You

They are offering an hourly rate in the $33-36 per hour range, based on skills and experience, plus 4% vacation pay.
