Job Description

Our client, a leader in the industrial machinery sector, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO and senior leadership team. This role involves managing executive schedules, preparing reports, coordinating events, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Act as the liaison between leadership and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate materials for meetings and track action items.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar financial software is a plus.
