Key Responsibilities
- Take and process customer orders quickly and accurately over the phone and email. Provide great customer service with clear and professional communication.
- Keep sales teams and customers updated on order status, shipping, and back orders.
- Call customers to confirm their order details to ensure they’re correct.
- Keep accurate records using Microsoft Office, Navision, and Salesforce; work together with production, distribution, and accounting teams; stay updated on our products through ongoing training; and keep your workspace organized and safe
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of customer service experience (inside sales/telemarketing is a plus!).
- High school diploma is mandatory
- College degrees in science, business, or medical terms are preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access).
- Basic knowledge of accounting terms and transactions.
- French-speaking skills are a big plus!
