Customer Service Coordinator – Hybrid

Job Description

A leading consumer transportation provider with 25 years of industry experience is looking for 2 enthusiastic Customer Service Coordinators to provide an outstanding moving experience to their clients.

This position will act as a single point of contact for clients on domestic and cross-border relocations, facilitating seamless communication and providing important information from start to completion of the shipping process.

We are seeking energetic and committed team players who have outstanding customer service skills and who can build rapport with ease.

The successful candidates can work a hybrid model upon completion of the probationary period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Keep clients updated on the relocation process, relay important information
  • Answer any questions or queries from clients
  • Track incoming shipments
  • Maintain shipping and customer information in system
  • Prepare client paperwork
  • Other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Top-notch communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer proficiency
  • Superior multi-tasking and organization skills
