Billing/ Service Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide consistent and high quality administrative support and customer service
  • Prepare customer invoices & cash sales
  • Enter weekly time cards for payroll and handle accounts receivable reporting, and manage bank deposits
  • Obtain and maintain specialized clearances for field staff
  • Receive phone calls, emails, and texts from customers requesting work
  • Dispatch and schedule service electricians
  • Enter work orders into accounting system for invoicing
  • File documents, maintain general reports, and other administrative tasks


  • Minimum 3 years’ of experience in a similar office administrative/customer service role
  • Excellent computer skills in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc) – will be tested
  • Extremely well organized work habits, patient, and customer service focused with a positive attitude
  • Superior written and spoken English communication skills
  • Flexible with the proven ability to multi task in a changing, fast-paced work environment
  • Some accounting experience an asset

What's In It For You

Salary range of $45,000-$50,000. Actual salary will be commensurate with experience and skills and overall match to the position offered.
