Key Responsibilities
- Assist with financial and insurance paperwork.
- Coordinate appointments and liaise with partners.
- Process contributions, withdrawals, and recurring payments.
- Remind clients of financial deadlines.
- Provide account summaries and reports.
- Share tax-related and financial product information.
- Prepare meeting agendas and materials.
- Update and maintain client records.
- Document client interactions.
- Support financial review processes.
- Engage clients and schedule meetings.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field.
- 1-2 years of experience in financial services, advisory support, or a related area.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and financial planning software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, client-focused approach.
- LLQP is an asset.
- The ideal candidate should be willing to pursue financial certification.
