Job Description

We have a 1-year temp contract available with an awesome organization based in Burnaby. This fast-paced role will require an on-the-ball Administrator to juggle various tasking.

The position is remote to start and then will require the successful candidate to be in office after a few months. Their premises have free parking, and they are also very transit accessible!

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inquiries and requests via telephone, email and in-person
  • Set up and maintain filing systems
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and travel arrangements
  • Receive and sort incoming mail
  • General data entry
  • Other admin duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Previous admin experience in a fast-paced office environment
  • Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
  • Ability to type 65 wpm
  • Great communication skills
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Vaccinations required
