Job Description
We have a 1-year temp contract available with an awesome organization based in Burnaby. This fast-paced role will require an on-the-ball Administrator to juggle various tasking.
The position is remote to start and then will require the successful candidate to be in office after a few months. Their premises have free parking, and they are also very transit accessible!
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries and requests via telephone, email and in-person
- Set up and maintain filing systems
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and travel arrangements
- Receive and sort incoming mail
- General data entry
- Other admin duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous admin experience in a fast-paced office environment
- Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
- Ability to type 65 wpm
- Great communication skills
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Vaccinations required
