Are you looking for a new short- term project? Our client is offering a chance to a meticulous and experienced individual for a one-week (with the possibility of extending to two weeks) project in Langley, BC. This in-person assignment offers collaborative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
• Streamline and categorize files on our shared drive for easy access.
• Scan and archive physical files stored at our Langley office and a nearby storage locker.
• Implement consistent naming conventions for digital files.
• Work closely with the project supervisor to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in records management and business organization.
• Strong attention to detail and familiarity with both digital and physical file management processes.
• Proficiency with digital file systems and scanning equipment.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with the project supervisor and other team members.
