Not a fan of commuting downtown? Make a switch and head to charming Burnaby for this minimum three-month temporary assignment with one of our fantastic clients!

An Administrative Assistant for Professional Practice is needed ASAP to assist with ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment. The work being performed requires a high level of attention to detail, critical thinking and professional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Close monitoring and correspondence of email and phone inquiries
  • Reviewing application forms and verification of membership documentation
  • Regular attendance of Committee meetings
  • Preparation of meeting agendas and providing meeting updates
  • Escalation of complex emails/inquiries
  • Maintaining and updating files/spreadsheets

Qualifications

  • Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment and prioritize competing demands
  • Experienced in following a structured, detailed process with deadlines
  • Highly effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Accurate proofreading and strong keyboarding skills
