Job Description

We have a couple of fantastic opportunities for 2 temporary Administrators to support our clients’ Contract Administration team. These openings are with one of Vancouver’s top employers based in the heart of downtown. These roles are both for 3-6 month durations, with the possibility of extensions.

You must have a minimum of 1.5 years’ experience working under an Administrative Assistant title as well as excellent computer proficiency (in particular MS Excel). Proficiency with data input/verification is required and previous exposure to contracts administration is a huge asset.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail as it is a fast-paced environment where multiple priorities are in motion at all times. If you are customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills and are a team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude, then we want to hear from you!

They are offering an unmatched hourly pay rate of $39.25/hr.
