As the Accounts Receivables Team Lead, you’ll oversee the daily operations of the AR team, driving improvements, ensuring efficiency, and collaborating with various departments. You’ll also be responsible for invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and reporting, while coaching and training new hires.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the AR team, ensuring deadlines are met
- Improve AR processes and maintain strong controls
- Oversee invoicing, collections, and month-end reconciliations
- Collaborate with teams to implement new procedures
- Provide coaching and mentorship to the AR team
Qualifications
- 2+ years of AR experience, with 2 years in a leadership role
- Proficient in MS Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Knowledge of JDE or similar software
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
