Job Description
Excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk with one of our clients, based in Langley! They are seeking accounting support for a 14–18-month contract and are looking for candidates with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and review AP invoices, enter invoices into accounting software and maintain filing and records for all paid invoices
- Reconcile payments
- Prepare documents and reports for cheque runs
- Assist the finance manager with other duties as needed
Qualifications
- 1-2 years’ bookkeeping experience in an office environment
- Proficiency with MS Office programs, including strong MS Excel skills
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- A positive, can-do attitude and friendly manner
- Keen attention to accuracy and detail

Salary in the $45-50K range based on skills and experience. They also offer excellent health and dental benefits along with 6% vacation pay.
