Accounts Payable Clerk

Job Description

Excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk with one of our clients, based in Langley! They are seeking accounting support for a 14–18-month contract and are looking for candidates with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and review AP invoices, enter invoices into accounting software and maintain filing and records for all paid invoices
  • Reconcile payments
  • Prepare documents and reports for cheque runs
  • Assist the finance manager with other duties as needed


  • 1-2 years’ bookkeeping experience in an office environment
  • Proficiency with MS Office programs, including strong MS Excel skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • A positive, can-do attitude and friendly manner
  • Keen attention to accuracy and detail

What's In It For You

Salary in the $45-50K range based on skills and experience. They also offer excellent health and dental benefits along with 6% vacation pay.
