Job Description
Accounts Payable Associate ASAP! (Temporary, 2+ Months)
Location: Burnaby (behind Production Way SkyTrain)
Pay: $26/hour + 4% vacation pay
Duration: 2+ months
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and track vendor invoices
- Process vendor invoices in the ERP system
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders as needed
- Assist with other AP administration tasks as required
Qualifications
- Completion of Secondary School
- At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in Accounts Payable
- Proficiency with Excel and an ERP system (Infor LN experience is an asset but not required)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A quick learner and team‑oriented mindset
