2 Temporary Administrators needed in Downtown

Job Description

Business is booming for our client, a professional services firm in the downtown core, and they currently seeking 2 Administrative Assistants to provide temporary support to their fun team of professionals! The firm offers an exceptional work environment that allows you to enjoy a balanced lifestyle, as well as lots of company social events.

These roles will last for a period of 6 months.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, prepare, proofread and distribute various correspondence
  • Maintain filing systems
  • Proofread and prepare document packages
  • General office upkeep
  • Reception duties including greeting guests, answering phones, receiving and distributing mail
  • General team administrative support as needed

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a professional services environment
  • Completion of post-secondary education
  • Advanced computer proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel & Outlook) and Caseware
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Excellent time management and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Fantastic interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proof of vaccinations required
