Job Description
Business is booming for our client, a professional services firm in the downtown core, and they currently seeking 2 Administrative Assistants to provide temporary support to their fun team of professionals! The firm offers an exceptional work environment that allows you to enjoy a balanced lifestyle, as well as lots of company social events.
These roles will last for a period of 6 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, prepare, proofread and distribute various correspondence
- Maintain filing systems
- Proofread and prepare document packages
- General office upkeep
- Reception duties including greeting guests, answering phones, receiving and distributing mail
- General team administrative support as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a professional services environment
- Completion of post-secondary education
- Advanced computer proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel & Outlook) and Caseware
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent time management and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Fantastic interpersonal and communication skills
- Proof of vaccinations required
