2 Administrative Assistants needed for ASAP start at Delta distribution centre.
Candidates must have at least a year of administrative assistant experience, as well as a keen eye for detail and meticulous organisation skills.
This will be for 30 calendar days from start date. Vaccinations are required.
- Filing and photocopying
- Maintain computer records
- Data entry
- Answering and directing calls
- Ad hoc admin duties as required
- Minimum 1 year experience as an administrative assistant
- Computer proficiency (MS Office Suite)
- Excellent organisation skills
- Good multi-tasking abilities
- Friendly, can-do attitude
