Key Responsibilities
- Install and service electronic security systems, including CCTV, intrusion alarms, and access control systems
- Perform tasks such as pre-wiring, installation, programming, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Provide administrative support and coordinate project updates with the office systems team and project managers
- Ensure schedule flexibility to meet project demands, including occasional work outside regular hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience with Access Control, CCTV, or Intrusion Systems
- BCIT Security Systems Program graduates are preferred
- Valid BC Security License and Class 1-5 Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Strong commitment to safety and security standards
- Experience in project planning, installation, testing, and documentation
- Proficiency in customer service, computer skills, and networking
- Experience with ULC systems is an asset
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and currently residing in the country
