Job Description

Our client, an established legal services firm with offices in downtown Vancouver, has an opening for self-motivated and professional Records Clerk. This firm is busier than ever and is growing fast, so do not miss out on this opportunity!

The Records Clerk will support the Land and Court Department by performing a variety of clerical tasks. This will be under minimal supervision so a strong sense of initiative is required! They are looking for candidates who work well under pressure and are interested in extremely detailed work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Electronic and manual filing of court documents
  • Retrieve documents from various databases
  • Draw up invoices for client requests, see invoices through to billing and final checks
  • Respond to client queries via phone
  • Prepare filings and monitor rush filings
  • Miscellaneous assignments as assigned

Qualifications

  • Must have completed Grade 12 education
  • Team player who is also comfortable working independently
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Highly detail-oriented and accurate
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
