As the Payroll Manager, you will take the reins and lead a dedicated team of two Payroll & Benefits Administrators. Collaborating closely with HR team members, finance, and various departments, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the payroll department, ensuring accurate and seamless payroll processing for all employees.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the Payroll & Benefits team, including training, development and performance management
- Manage the entire payroll process, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations
- Process employee benefits, pension contributions and deductions
- Update and maintain employee records
- Handle employee payroll and benefits inquiries
- Develop payroll policies and procedures
- Act as the primary contact for payroll audits and compliance requests
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of payroll management experience including experience leading a payroll team
- Diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Human Resources or related field
- Certified Payroll Manager certification is highly desirable
- Strong working knowledge of payroll and HR systems such as Ceridian Dayforce, SAP and Kronos
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain attention to detail and effectively juggle competing priorities while working under pressure
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
