Our client is seeking an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant to join their litigation team, supporting their Partner and Paralegal in ICBC Insurance Defence. Key Responsibilities
· Draft and prepare legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
· Coordinate bookings for mediations, discoveries, trials, and client meetings.
· Organize and manage files, maintain bring-forward systems, and handle document filing.
· Prepare and follow up on monthly billing statements.
· Provide administrative support and manage open and closed files.
Qualifications
· Graduate of a Legal Administrative Assistant program or equivalent experience.
· Minimum 4+ years of litigation experience; ICBC experience is an asset.
· Proficient in MS Word and Outlook; familiarity with Elite 3E is a plus.
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
· Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Knowledge of litigation procedures and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
