- Enter information into database ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Respond to client inquiries and issues via phone and email
- Prepare various documents and reports
- Review invoices before sending to accounting team
- Maintain filing systems
- Other administrative duties as required
- Previous office administration experience is ideal
- Completion of high school education
- Great computer skills (MS Office)
- Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
