Administrative Assistant – Downtown

Job Description

Our client, a professional services company with offices in downtown Vancouver, is looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of clerical and organizational tasks.

This organization prides itself on its thoroughness, accuracy and attention to detail, and they are looking for a candidate that shares these values!

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter information into database ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Respond to client inquiries and issues via phone and email
  • Prepare various documents and reports
  • Review invoices before sending to accounting team
  • Maintain filing systems
  • Other administrative duties as required


  • Previous office administration experience is ideal
  • Completion of high school education
  • Great computer skills (MS Office)
  • Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
