Accounts Payable Credit Analyst

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage AP credit posting for all vendors
  • Identify and process vendor credits in CAD & USD currencies
  • Monitor vendor account statements for AP credit reconciliation
  • Investigate and address vendor accounts in debit balance
  • Clear outstanding Inventory Returns and recommend write-offs
  • Assist with accounting and administrative tasks as needed
  • Support new hire training
  • Liaise with internal departments to resolve discrepancies
  • Collaborate with Supplier Relations Manager on vendor rebates
  • Aid Marketing Department in Co-Op expense tracking
  • Propose and document AP credit process improvements


  • Minimum 3 years of accounts payable and general accounting experience
  • Post secondary education in Accounting or Business Administration is an asset
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook & Excel (experience with Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP is a must)
  • Working knowledge of Sage, QuickBooks and P21 is beneficial
  • Effective organization and problem-solving skills
  • Fantastic time management abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
